You’ll build executive relationships, present at events, and lead onboarding while managing customer health and expansion. The role focuses on hybrid work in LA/OC, with a quota for new business and growth, and a path to equity.

• Monitor customer health telemetry and resolve bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver demos and PoCs across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth.
• Lead technical QBRs translating platform metrics into ROI for executives.
• Maintain deep relationships with stakeholders from engineering to CISOs/CTOs.
• Advise on architecture, security posture, and Cloudflare strategy.
