EPAM Systems seeks a Cloud Engagement Lead to manage the Microsoft business for Financial Services clients in the Northeast. This senior, revenue-owning role collaborates with EPAM leadership, delivery teams, Microsoft stakeholders, and clients to drive cloud-enabled transformation.

The position requires owning bookings, leading end-to-end opportunities, and shaping joint EPAM-Microsoft account strategies. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation with MS focus.
• 5+ years driving cloud business in professional services or enterprise engineering.
• Deep FS industry expertise enabling transformation.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals with revenue ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings and revenue targets for Microsoft cloud engagements within FS accounts.
• Run portfolio as a business with pipeline creation and cadence.
• Lead end-to-end opportunities across origination, qualification, and closure.
• Build and align joint EPAM-Microsoft account strategies.
• Drive land-and-expand, post-close expansion across cloud migration and modernization.
• Engage senior client stakeholders with growth-focused, data-driven discussions.
• Collaborate with Microsoft leaders to amplify joint value.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.
