Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a dynamic Cloud Engagement Lead to own the Microsoft transformation agenda, drive bookings, and guide executive stakeholders through cloud modernization. You will coordinate with Sales, Practices, Microsoft, and Delivery to shape and close engagements, expanding footprints in priority accounts.

You will lead a land-and-expand strategy across top accounts, partnering with Microsoft teams, and guiding joint GTM motions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in technology consulting or cloud transformations.
• 5+ years growing cloud business in professional services or enterprise.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings and revenue targets for Microsoft cloud and digital transformations.
• Lead opportunities end-to-end from origination to contract closure.
• Build and execute joint EPAM–Microsoft account strategies.
• Develop long-term executive relationships with clients.
• Travel up to 30% to key accounts and events.
