Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Cloud Engagement Lead to own and grow Microsoft cloud engagements in the Northeast region, managing bookings, revenue targets, and strategic account plans. You will coordinate with Sales, Practices, Microsoft, and Delivery to drive cloud-enabled transformation and expand joint opportunities.

Qualifications

Senior leadership revenue-owning role in cloud engagements.
Experience aligning Sales, Practices, Microsoft, and Delivery.
Ability to drive bookings and revenue targets across accounts.

Responsibilities

Own bookings and revenue targets for Microsoft cloud engagements within your assigned scope; set targets with BU and track rigorously.
Lead opportunities end-to-end from origination, qualification, deal shaping, to contract closure; maintain pipeline health and forecast.
Build executive relationships with senior client stakeholders and collaborate with Microsoft to drive joint value.
Travel up to 30% and mentor teams in cloud business development and co-sell practices.
