This role supports OpenText’s growing cloud business and requires a strong ability to balance client needs with company risk and policy adherence. The role emphasizes cross-functional negotiation, risk assessment, and process improvement within a global deal-team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales-side contract generation and negotiation.
• Experience with private cloud managed services and/or SaaS cloud services.
• Experience negotiating contractual terms in the technology industry.
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate cloud service agreements and orders.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales to close deals.
• Identify and mitigate contract risk in cloud transactions.
• Mentor team members and improve contract processes.
