Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Lead Cloud Applications Consultant to provide technical leadership for strategic cloud customers. You will own the end-to-end technical success journey, create customer-specific plans, and coordinate OpenText teams to ensure success across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and growth.

You will act as trusted advisor, leading governance, risk management, and platform health initiatives while guiding customers through upgrades and lifecycle events in a complex enterprise cloud

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in technical consulting or similar customer-facing tech role.
• Strong leadership of technical governance and advisory delivery.
• Deep understanding of enterprise cloud environments and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical success journey for strategic cloud customers.
• Establish and maintain customer-specific technical success plans.
• Lead technical governance and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Provide informed recommendations and clear guidance to customers.
• Review root cause analyses and translate findings into preventive actions.
• Guide customers through upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle events.
