Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Cloud Services Project Coordinator to lead delivery of cloud, CAD, and PLM professional services. You will coordinate projects, align resources, and serve as a primary contact for clients, engineers, and sales teams to ensure on-time, within-scope outcomes.

This role emphasizes proactive communication, contract reconciliation, support for pre-sales discussions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting CAD, PLM, cloud, or engineering software solutions.
• Proven ability to coordinate professional services engagements and client communications.
• Experience as a primary client contact, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring project success.
• Ability to support pre-sales activities through client interviews, requirements gathering, and research.
• Experience coordinating technical support or help desk activities with timely resolution.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cloud, CAD, and PLM engagements from scheduling to delivery.
• Maintain proactive client communications and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to ensure service excellence.
• Assist with pre-sales discussions and requirements gathering.
• Support Help Desk operations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimization.
