Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 4+ years of contract negotiation experience, preferably technology.
• Experience drafting and negotiating software licensing, hosted/cloud agreements, and professional services contracts.
• Experience with data privacy or data security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial technology agreements for North American sales.
• Provide guidance on risk and compliance, and update standard templates.
