Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of IT/solution architecture experience with government programs preferred.
Experience leading complex proposals, estimations, and bid activities for federal/state programs.

Responsibilities

Design and lead end-to-end contact center solutions for government programs.
Translate requirements into integrated architectures spanning cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
Collaborate with capture, pricing, and delivery teams to ensure feasible, differentiated proposals.
Mentor architects and guide teams through technology transitions and deployments.
