Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IT Principal/Senior Principal Contact Center Solution Architect to lead design and strategy for modern government contact centers. You will define omnichannel, routing, AI-enabled capabilities, and secure architectures across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

The ideal candidate has extensive government capture, proposal, estimation, and implementation experience, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and ensure mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant IT experience including estimation and bid development.
• Experience with government programs, proposals, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end contact center solution architectures for government programs.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure reference architectures.
• Lead solution reviews with executives and SMEs; mentor junior architects.
