Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade architecture for the Chat Platform. You will focus on conversational AI, scalability, and platform stability, ensuring sound system architecture while balancing stakeholder needs and technical trade-offs.

The role leverages deep Google Cloud Platform expertise and modern web technologies to enable robust business processes, guide technical teams, and stay ahead of AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in IT, software engineering, architecture, or cloud infra.
• Hands-on experience with Conversational AI platforms in Google Cloud ecosystem.
• Experience integrating chat platforms with enterprise contact center solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and strategy for the Chat Platform with focus on availability and scalability.
• Drive cloud implementation using GCP services and modern web tech (TypeScript/Node.js).
• Make strategic technical decisions for IVA Voice, AI Agents, and Genesys integrations.
• Provide mentorship and establish engineering best practices across the team.
• Identify and lead improvement programs to boost reliability and performance.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements and communicate to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on AI/ML trends and cloud innovations to align roadmaps.
