Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of an enterprise chat platform, focusing on Conversational AI, cloud architecture, scalability, and reliability for a healthcare/health insurance client.

You will drive architectural strategy using Google Cloud, Dialogflow, Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX), AI Agents, IVA Voice, and Genesys integrations, while mentoring engineering teams and aligning with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience in software engineering, system architecture, or cloud infrastructure.
• 5+ years translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), TypeScript, Node.js, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and strategy for enterprise chat platforms.
