Teamware Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Architect to lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of its enterprise Chat Platform. The role focuses on conversational AI in GCP, Dialogflow, Gemini GECX, and AI Agents, guiding engineering teams to scalable, secure solutions.

You will drive enterprise integrations with Genesys and other contact center platforms, shape technical strategy, and advance CI/CD, observability, and security practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering, architecture or cloud infra.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms and GCP.
• Experience integrating chat platforms with enterprise contact centers like Genesys.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture/design of enterprise chat solutions for scalability and reliability.
• Architect conversational AI solutions using GCP, Dialogflow, and GECX.
• Guide integrations with Genesys and other contact center platforms.
• Provide architectural direction, mentor engineers, and establish best practices.
