Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or similar production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS stacks.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-level operational support of complex application cloud systems.
- Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
- Document issues and resolutions in logs and discrepancy tools.
- Work with customers on day-to-day activities and escalate when needed.
- Maintain computing infrastructure and security policies per VA standards.
