Job summary

Amazon in Dallas is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to accelerate customers' cloud and AI transformation journeys.

You will ensure AWS teams collaborate effectively to deliver outcomes, guiding customers through strategic migrations and cloud-native solution design. You will interface with customer and AWS leadership, drive adoption of AI technologies, and translate strategic initiatives into executable actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• 7+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• 4+ years in customer-facing work with executives or partners.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.
• 2+ years of professional work experience, or experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
• Experience with cloud migrations and modernization projects.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage customers under pressure and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical projects and migrations with significant customer impact.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to address critical customer requirements.
• Design and execute migrations to AWS, accelerate AI adoption, and build cloud-native solutions.
• Interface with customer and AWS leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions and manage governance and reporting.
• Drive education plans and go-live events to ensure successful cloud journeys.
• Evangelize AWS services and help customers adopt them.
