Qualifikationen

• 7+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with proven results
• 4+ years of customer-facing work with executives/partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
• Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional groups
• PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
• Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar
• Experience driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery, or dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and under pressure

• Provide input on pre- and post-sales approaches to impact customer adoption and commitments
• Deliver complex technical projects and migrations and AI initiatives with significant impact on outcomes
• Conduct deep discovery to design efficient adoption plans and identify acceleration gaps
• Implement and define change management approaches to drive cloud journeys
• Work cross-functionally with AWS service teams to address critical customer requirements
• Proactively mitigate adoption risks and track realization of customer business cases
• Share best practices and thought leadership in public forums to advance the cloud ecosystem
