Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer with a specialty in Cloud AI to accelerate technical wins for complex workloads. You will partner with technical sales, provide expert guidance, and develop demos and POCs to illustrate new AI solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
Experience with machine learning model development and deployment.
Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Experience using programming languages to design demos, prototypes, or workshops for customers.

Responsibilities

Drive the technical win for Cloud AI workloads during the customer lifecycle.
Provide deep technical consultation and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
Collaborate with GTM, product marketing, and engineering to align on industry trends and product enhancements.
Develop prototypes, POCs, and demos to promote specialized AI solutions.
Solve AI customer issues and provide feedback to influence product development.
