Job summary

Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and build what's next for their business—security, reliability and scalability across infrastructure to applications. As a Technical Account Manager, you will lead successful adoption of Google Cloud at large organizations, guiding them through the technical facets of their transformation journey and coordinating cloud consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role leading customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations and cloud consulting.
• Experience in cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive feature development.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Plan customer events and launches with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Develop best practices to scale adoption through partners and Google Cloud.
