Google Cloud Consulting seeks a TAM Manager to lead a team of technical advisors driving platform health, stability, and operational efficiency for enterprise customers.

You will coach TAMs, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales, and escalate critical technical issues with customers and partners. This role emphasizes strategic governance, proactive advisory, and delivering value from Google Cloud investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders to architect, develop, or maintain cloud solutions in cloud environments.
• 3 years of experience managing technical teams, or serving as a team lead/mentor for technical teams.
• Experience leading technical conversations with customer stakeholders or managing escalations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of TAMs, driving a culture of proactive technical advisory focused on platform health, stability, and operational efficiency.
• Guide the execution of technical governance frameworks and health reviews, ensuring your team consistently identifies risks and drives architectural improvements across their accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for technical challenges, partnering with Support and Engineering to resolve complex reliability issues and restore customer confidence.
• Drive operational excellence within your team, ensuring high-quality delivery of technical workshops, architectural reviews, and production readiness assessments.
• Aggregate customer feedback and technical trends from your team to provide actionable insights to Product and Engineering, influencing feature prioritization and fix requests.
