Job summary

Merkle Italia seeks the CLM Practice Lead to drive growth across loyalty, lifecycle marketing, and first-party data. This is a commercial leadership role, not delivery, with P&L ownership and senior client exposure.

You will shape the offer portfolio, lead cross-functional pursuit teams, and engage CMOs and VP-level buyers to expand marquee CLM engagements while guiding strategy and market positioning.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, or marketing tech.
• 5+ years in commercial/practice leadership or client partnership at a services firm.
• Experience in loyalty strategy, program design, and ROI modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own CLM practice revenue, pipeline, and margins.
• Develop and execute the CLM growth plan with priorities.
• Lead CLM pursuit motion across RFPs and engagements.
• Shape offer portfolio and market positioning with strategy teams.
• Engage CMOs and VP-level buyers to drive growth.
