Job summary

Merck is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Product Line Lead to drive strategy and transformation across the enterprise. You will partner with Legal, Tech Procurement, Compliance and IT delivery teams to implement CLM capabilities and optimize processes, reporting, and user experience.

You will manage a global CLM program, lead a team of Product Managers, and ensure governance, SDLC, and compliance standards are met while delivering value across 40+ markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years in product management, ownership or solution leadership roles in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience owning CLM or enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year CLM roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder trade-offs.
• Oversee delivery governance, SDLC, security, and compliance.
• Mentor Product Managers and build a high-performing CLM team.
