Merkle is seeking a CLM Practice Lead to drive revenue, growth, and market leadership in loyalty, promotions, and first-party data activation. You will own the commercial strategy, assemble pursuit teams, and advance client partnerships across major accounts.

You will articulate Merkle's CLM story, manage pricing and scope, and partner with strategy and solutions groups to deliver integrated growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, or marketing tech.
• Proven track record in leading a commercial or client-facing practice.
• Deep knowledge of loyalty program design and data activation.

• Own CLM practice growth, revenue, and margins across pillars.
