Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own and evolve the enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. You will partner with Legal, Sourcing, Studios, Privacy, Compliance, and Technology to streamline workflows, drive adoption, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and compliance.

The role emphasizes platform governance, requirements gathering, and backlog prioritization, with a hybrid work pattern and opportunities to shape NBCUniversal's CLM roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Legal Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis, product ownership, legal operations, contract management, or enterprise application experience.
• Experience supporting CLM platforms such as Malbek, Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Ariba, or similar solutions.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, designing workflows, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process transformation.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• CLM Platform Ownership: serve as the primary business owner for the CLM platform (Malbek).
• Document business processes, future-state workflows, functional requirements, and solution designs.
• Lead requirements sessions with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Studios, Media, and Corporate functions.
• Drive expansion of CLM capabilities across new units and use cases.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to measure adoption and value.
• Support pilot programs and governance initiatives for enterprise CLM.
