Job summary

Claritev seeks a Senior Analyst to oversee Contract Lifecycle Management using Sirion CLM, driving workflows, data integrity, and advanced reporting. You will partner with legal, procurement, and business teams to optimize the CLM system and ensure compliance while mitigating risk across the client contracting function.

Responsibilities include data migration, obligation management, and stakeholder collaboration to identify improvements and automation opportunities within a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of contract management or CLM systems experience.
• 5+ years healthcare contracting and reporting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and workflow design skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proven track record in risk mitigation and obligation management.
• Ability to collaborate IT and business to build data solutions including cataloging terms.
• Ability to plan and complete tasks related to contract development and maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify data relationships, trends, and anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and administration of Sirion CLM workflows and templates.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for contract KPIs, obligations, and compliance metrics.
• Oversee data migration and validation during implementation for accuracy.
• Design obligation management processes to reduce risk and ensure audit readiness; train end-users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Catalog key provisions and nonstandard language in the contract database.
• Monitor contract renewal dates, obligations, and performance commitments.
• Conduct audits of client agreements for accuracy and completeness and flag nonstandard terms.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and fraud, waste and abuse requirements.
