Job summary

Hilton is seeking a highly motivated legal technology professional to support the ongoing evolution and optimization of an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.

You will partner with Legal Operations, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, design, and implement enhancements that improve contracting processes, user adoption, reporting, AI capabilities, and document management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Contract Management, CLM administration, legal technology, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience supporting legal software or SaaS platform implementation.
• Experience implementing or administering a CLM platform such as Workday CLM (Evisort), Ironclad, Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Conga, DocuSign CLM, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support intake and evaluation of CLM enhancement requests.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with legal and business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
• Maintain and update the Continuous Improvement Roadmap, including status tracking, business value assessments, and implementation planning.
• Participate in special projects related to legal technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support the configuration and development of end-to-end contracting workflows within the CLM platform, including analyzing contract templates and clause libraries, documenting current-state and future-state processes, defining workflow requirements and metadata structures, and building, testing, and maintaining no-code workflow solutions that streamline contract creation, negotiation, approval, signature, and repository management.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Document process requirements, user stories, and design recommendations.
• Support training, office hours, user communications, and adoption activities.
• Develop user guides and process documentation.
