Qualifications
Proven experience in support or analyst role in Contract Lifecycle Management.
Ability to quickly learn enterprise software platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive approach to identifying system and process gaps.
Basic to intermediate understanding of standard commercial contract terminology.
Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts.
Responsibilities
Provide timely support on CLM system usage for business requestors.
Manage support channels to ensure users receive quick assistance.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system issues.
Liaise between CLM team and regional legal teams.
Maintain internal knowledge base pages for documentation.
Set up Custom Agreement Types and extraction rules in CLM platform.
Validate AI extraction results against source documents.
