Job summary

UPMC is seeking a Training Coach II to deliver and coordinate clinical and operational training across the market. The role facilitates onboarding, classroom instruction, and in-center training to help MA and Providers transition to independent practice.

As an MA when needed, you will support Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients while maintaining high professionalism and accountability. The role models best practices in clinical workflows and adult learning.

Qualifications

• Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training; backup facilitator.
• Maintain training records, assessments, certifications, reports, and related documentation.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support learner development.
• Identify training gaps and propose improvements to training materials and delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor learner attendance and training progress.
• Coordinate pilot programs and process improvements.
• Provide clinical support when training responsibilities are completed.
• Maintain required clinical competencies and compliance with standards.
