Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Training Coach II to deliver, coordinate, and support clinical and operational training across the market. This role onboarding new staff, conducting classroom, virtual, and hands-on sessions, and ensuring learners transition to independent support for Providers, MAs, and patients.

As an MA-eligible training resource, you will cover MA shifts as needed, lead by example, uphold professional standards, and collaborate with clinical and operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active clinical license or certification (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care or similar settings; prior Training Coach/Preceptor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and clinical skills training.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training; backup facilitator as needed.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain training records.
• Coach learners and provide feedback to support competency development.
• Support training operations and coordinate with leadership.
