Job summary

MercyApply is seeking a Training Coach II to deliver, coordinate, and support clinical and operational training across the market. This field-based role covers onboarding, classroom instruction, and in-center training to help MA and Providers transition to independent active support.

As an MA, you’ll assist Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients with patient care, workflow, and communication. A high school diploma, active clinical license, and 2+ years of clinical experience are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar settings.
• Prior training/educator experience and EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training; back-up facilitator as needed.
• Monitor learner progress, maintain training records, and provide feedback.
• Support training operations, scheduling, and reporting; assist clinical staff as needed.
