Trilogy, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Community Support Team in Chicago, IL.

This role supervises staff, mentors clinicians, and coordinates care with interdisciplinary partners to ensure high‑quality, client‑centered services for individuals with severe mental illness and co‑occurring substance use disorders. The incumbent will hire and train clinicians, provide coaching, and model trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented practices while maintaining regulatory and program standards.

Competenze

• Master’s degree required in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
