Hey Jane is the leading virtual medication abortion provider in the US, delivering discreet, safe reproductive health care through a telemedicine platform. As Clinical Operations Senior Manager, you will own the quarterly roadmap and OKR tracking to scale the clinical team across 24+ states, partnering with clinical leadership, product, and operations to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations, clinical leadership, healthcare administration, or related operational role, startup experience preferred.
• Ability to translate priorities into a concrete plan and keep it on track.
• Experience with scheduling, EHR, and clinical operations systems; ability to learn new tools quickly, including AI and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap and track progress on initiatives.
• Build and maintain the escalation playbook for on-call, scheduling, and day-to-day ops.
• Design and oversee licensing, credentialing prioritization, and SOPs.
• Coordinate clinic staffing, capacity planning, and workforce decisions.
• Partner with clinic leadership to recruit and retain clinical staff.
