Job summary

Medline is seeking a Sr Specialist Clinical Solutions to provide clinical expertise and education programs for Medline products and services. The role supports the sales force, conducts workshops, and identifies improvements in clinical practice across customer accounts.

Travel up to 75% is required, with a focus on collaborating with national and corporate accounts. A strong clinical background and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in the operating room required.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services.
• Assist with expansion and business retention of potential and existing clinical customers with the salesforce.
• Review account information and recommend onsite educational programs for staff needs.
• Coordinate and present workshops and classes on clinical products and services.
• Conduct quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical review and observations for improvements.
