Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinically experienced professional to provide education and support for our clinical products and services. The role involves collaborating with the salesforce, expanding relations with clinical customers, and assisting with product conversions and implementations.

The position requires at least three years in an operating room environment, RN with BSN or CSS credentials, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor’s Degree required (CNOR preferred) or Certified Surgical Technologist.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in the operating room.
• Cross-functional experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology (IR), SPD, Supply Chain, or Labor & Delivery preferred.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services.
• Assist with expansion and business retention of potential and existing clinical customers in collaboration with the Medline salesforce.
• Partner with sales force on product conversions and implementations.
• Assist sales in their territories as needed at the local and national/corporate account level.
• Assist with quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical review & observations for improved practice and best practice recommendations.
• Conduct clinical and utilization reviews to identify waste, standardization opportunities and clinical practice adjustments for programs of specialty area.
• Contribute to the development of new products along with the modification and improvements of existing products by providing customer insight for process enhancement and improvement opportunities.
• Engage in professional organizations; attend national, regional, and local industry events.
