Qualifications

• RN Nursing degree and clinical background required.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Cross-functional experience in ancillary procedural areas is beneficial.
• Experience analyzing data to identify trends and improve results.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to customers and the salesforce on clinical products and services.
• Assist with expansion and retention of clinical customers in collaboration with the salesforce.
• Partner with sales on product conversions and implementations.
• Assist sales in territories at local and national/corporate levels.
• Contribute to quality investigations and clinical reviews for best practices.
