Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in the operating room required.
• Experience delivering presentations/clinical information to various audience levels.
• Experience analyzing data to identify issues and drive improvement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services.
• Assist with expansion and retention of clinical customers in collaboration with salesforce.
• Review account and product information and recommend onsite educational programs for staff needs.
• Partner with sales on product conversions and implementations.
• Assist sales in their territories at local and national/corporate levels.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Identify problems and recommend changes and solutions.
• Develop customer growth and retention proposals through consultations and relationships with key accounts.
• Coordinate and present workshops on clinical products and services.
• Develop clinical presentations and training on product lines.
• Conduct quality investigations and waste assessments for best practice recommendations.
• Conduct clinical utilization reviews to identify waste and standardization opportunities.
• Contribute to development of new products with customer insight.
• Engage in professional organizations and attend industry events.
