Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Data Analyst to join the Quality Abstraction team. This full-time, remote role supports a 40-hour work week, with dayshift hours (9:00am-5:00pm) for eligible states including Oklahoma.

You will direct multiple projects, define population definitions, develop BI reports, and deliver data-driven recommendations to management. Salary ranges from $35.50 to $53.25 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or RN licensure.
• Minimum 2 years in a health-related field with data work.
• Ability to apply data management principles and communicate results.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with limited supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to clarify business/technical issues.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs and project scope.
• Leads ongoing client interface to develop analytic approaches.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs.
• Recommends data delivery methods balancing data needs and urgency.
• Utilizes statistical techniques to analyze and present data.
• Creates simple to complex reports using BI tools.
• Educates clients on clinical/financial concepts and data relationships.
• Guides data integration from multiple sources into a single dataset.
