Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Health Data Analyst to support quality abstraction initiatives in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on analyzing patient data, developing population definitions, and delivering actionable BI reports to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with clients to understand business needs, manage multiple projects, and ensure data integrity across sources while using statistical methods to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in health related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or RN.
• Experience with healthcare data strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests and clarifies business/technical issues with clients.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions to meet project needs.
• Develops reports using BI tools and educates clients on data concepts.
• Integrates data from multiple sources and ensures data integrity for analysis.
