Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Health Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Corporate - Quality Abstraction team. This full-time remote role works Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with 40 hours weekly.

You will lead analytic projects, collaborate with clients, define population definitions, and develop BI reports using a range of data sources. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in health fields or RN, and at least two years of healthcare data experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or RN required.
• 2 years of experience in health-related field required.
• Experience with healthcare data and ECQM/quality metrics strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with clients to clarify business and technical issues.
• Develop analytic approaches with clients.
• Create population definitions for projects.
• Develop BI reports and educate clients on data concepts.
• Ensure data integration and data quality across sources.
