Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data analyst for a fully remote role. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with pay range and eligibility for remote work across participating states.

Responsibilities include directing multiple projects, collaborating with clients to understand business needs, developing analytic approaches, and delivering BI reports. A background in healthcare data and ECQM metrics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or RN required.
• 2 years of experience in health-related field required.
• Experience with healthcare data and ECQM/quality metrics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to understand business/technical issues with client.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs, scope and deliverables.
• Leads ongoing client interface to develop analytic approaches.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs.
• Recommends data delivery methods aligned with urgency and requirements.
• Develops reports using BI tools.
• Educates clients on clinical and financial data concepts.
• Ensures data integration from multiple sources into a single dataset for analysis.
• Reviews and validates complex, custom datasets.
