Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data analyst for the Quality Abstraction department. The role supports analytic projects, collaborates with clients to define needs, and develops population definitions and BI reports to inform decisions.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in health-related fields or RN, with 2 years of health data experience. Fully remote, with a 40-hour work week and a pay range of $35.50–$53.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related fields or RN.
• 2 years experience in health-related field required.
• Experience with healthcare data strongly preferred, including ECQM and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with limited supervision.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions for projects.
• Leads ongoing client interface to develop analytic approaches.
• Develops reports using BI tools and educates clients on data concepts.
