Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Health Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making. You will work dayshift, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with full remote capability for eligible states, including Alabama.

Salary ranges from $35.50 to $53.25 per hour, with comprehensive benefits. The role involves leading multiple projects, collaborating with clients to define data needs, applying statistical methods, and delivering actionable reports using BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or RN licensure.
• 2 years experience in health-related field.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization strongly preferred; ECQM and quality metrics experience.
• Understand registries, databases and data integrity with complex data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to clarify business/technical issues.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs, scope and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions for projects.
• Recommends data needs balancing against urgency and requirements for action.
• Uses statistical techniques to describe and evaluate data for management decisions.
• Develops reports using BI tools and communicates findings to clients.
