Advocate Health is seeking a Health Data Analyst to support the Quality Abstraction department. The role focuses on data integration, population definitions, and BI reporting to drive clinical and operational improvements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in health-related field, 2+ years of health data experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a full-time, remote-friendly position with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or RN required.
• 2+ years of health-related work experience required.
• Strong data management and BI reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization preferred.

Responsabilités

• Directs multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Collaborates with clients to define business and data requirements.
• Develops population definitions and analytic approaches.
• Creates BI reports and dashboards for management.
• Ensures data from multiple sources is integrated for analysis.
• Guides data interpretation and action recommendations.
