Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a data analyst to lead analytics projects within the Enterprise Corporate - Quality Abstraction team. You will work with clients to understand needs, define population criteria, and develop analytic approaches and BI reports.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in health-related fields or RN, 2 years in healthcare data, and strong communication skills. This is a remote, full-time position with a 9:00 am–5:00 pm schedule, across multiple states in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health related fields or RN.
• 2 years of experience in health related field.
• Experience with healthcare data and quality metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs and project scope.
• Develops population definitions and analytic approaches for data requests.
• Develops simple to complex BI reports for management.
