Advocate Health is hiring a Health Data Analyst to lead multi‑project analytics for population definitions and data integration. You will develop BI reports, educate clients on data concepts, and collaborate with stakeholders to align deliverables with business needs.

Preferred candidates have a health-related bachelor's degree, 2+ years in healthcare data, and strong communication skills. This is a fully remote, 40‑hour/week position with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in health-related fields or RN licensure.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to clarify business and technical issues.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs, scope, and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions for projects.
• Creates simple to complex BI reports and educates clients on data concepts.
• Interfaces with clients to deliver sustainable data solutions and discuss results.
