Requires a Bachelor’s degree in health-related fields or RN, plus 2 years of health data experience. Strong BI, statistics, and data integration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or RN.
• Minimum 2 years of health-related experience.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization preferred.
• 2 years of ECQM and quality metrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Evaluates service requests to clarify business and technical issues.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs and project scope.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions to meet project needs.
• Creates reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Educates clients on clinical and financial data relationships.
