Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling software/EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examines clinic schedules to optimize provider time and space.
• Acts as primary contact for scheduling, coordinating care across sites.
• Ensures calendar updates and provider preferences are followed.
• Directs clerical staff and coordinates training for scheduling tasks.
• Communicates patient scheduling information in accordance with policies.
