Job summary

CenterWell Certified Healthcare Corp. in the United States is seeking a Manager of Clinic/Center Administration to plan and direct the work of professional and support staff delivering outpatient care.

You will determine approaches, resources, schedules and goals to meet objectives. The role focuses on staffing plan development, policy implementation, and close collaboration with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience within a multi-physician office or clinical group.
• Experience with EMR/HIM systems and knowledge of various software tools.
• Proven interpersonal skills interfacing with physicians, staff, executives, and health plans.
• CPR certification; TB screening policy adherence; Flu vaccine policy compliance.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and cross-department collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the work of professional and support personnel delivering outpatient care.
• Develop staffing plans, policies, and procedures for the facility.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Lead cross-departmental coordination; conduct area briefings and meetings.
