Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a Humana company, seeks a Center Administrator to run a high-performing clinic on site. You will orchestrate front office, clinical teams, and providers to ensure patient-first care and a smooth clinic rhythm.

You will lead daily flow, safety, and staff development while using real-time data to improve clinical quality and financial stewardship. Reports to the Associate Operations Director.

Responsibilities

• Daily Flow Management: lead morning huddles and real-time escalations to maintain clinic rhythm
• Quality & Safety Oversight: conduct 5S walks and manage vaccine cold-chain and sterilization logs
• People Leadership: weekly one-to-ones, staff scheduling, competency sign-offs via reverse shadowing
• Administrative Excellence: stabilize inbox aging, manage purchasing and waste reduction, ensure POS collections
• Patient Experience: own the service recovery system and resolve patient concerns same day
