Job summary

Humana's CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Center Administrator Manager to lead clinical operations and staff across a multi-physician setting. You will guide staffing plans, policy implementation, and collaboration with clinicians to drive optimal patient outcomes.

Requires 5+ years of operational leadership in a clinical group, strong EMR/HIM familiarity, and ability to coach teams while navigating healthcare regulations. On-site role with a competitive pay and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must work on-site at assigned Center(s).
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience within a multi-physician office or clinical group.
• Primary Care and full-risk VBC experience; understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Experience with EMR/HIM systems and related software tools.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with physicians, staff, executives and external partners.
• TB screening and flu vaccine policy adherence; background clearance requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate outpatient care operations in a clinical setting.
• Develop staffing plans and implement policies for the facility in collaboration with clinicians.
• Lead cross-department coordination and communicate with other managers for projects.
