Job summary

Humana / CenterWell seeks a Manager, Clinic/Center Administration to lead the non-clinical and clinical support teams delivering outpatient care. The role is on-site, guiding staffing, policies, and operations to enhance patient outcomes.

The position requires 5+ years of operational leadership in a multi-physician setting, familiarity with EMR/HIM systems, and strong collaboration with clinicians, staff, and health plan partners.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site at assigned Center(s).
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience within a multi-physician office or clinical group.
• Experience with EMR/HIM systems and knowledge of various software tools.
• Interpersonal skills to interface with physicians, staff, executives and health plan staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the work of professional and support personnel delivering outpatient care.
• Lead staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility and collaborate with clinicians to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage resources, schedules and goals; coordinate cross-department efforts and conduct area briefings and meetings.
